Blair Steele

PRESS RELEASE – July 25, 2017

Blair Steele has eleven years of experience in education and is an employee of Fluvanna County Public Schools. Blair is a graduate of Fluvanna County High School. Prior to working for FCPS, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Virginia Tech in 2004 and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia in 2006.

Ms. Steele began her career in education as an English teacher at Fluvanna County High School in 2006. In July of 2015, she completed the Professional Endorsement in Educational Leadership program at Longwood University. Also in July of 2015, Ms. Steele began working as the Student Affairs & Intervention Teacher at Fluvanna County High School coordinating the US Flucos Program. From December 2016 to March 2017, Ms. Steele was an Acting Assistant Principal at Fluvanna Middle School.
