3669 ABRAMS ACADEMY RENOVATIONS

Fluvanna County Public Schools (FCPS) is accepting sealed BIDS for construction renovations at 3669 Abrams Academy. Offerors should:

• Check the status of the solicitation on eVA at www.eva.virginia.gov by clicking on Business Opportunities and then click on Virginia Business Opportunities (VBO) for any updates, changes, amendments, cancellations, etc.;

• Check the Solicitation in VBO for all attachments and documents to be completed and submitted; and

• Complete all attachments, amendments, exhibits, product information, etc. and attach electronically to the Offeror’s electronic submission.

  
  

Offerors are solely responsible for reviewing, complying, and returning a complete and responsive proposal. Failure to submit bids by 2:00 pm on Thursday April 24, 2025 will result in immediate disqualification. Changes to the solicitation’s forms or formats are prohibited except where clearly instructed and permitted.

CENTRAL ELEMENTARY BATHROOM REMODEL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Fluvanna County Public School Board (“FCPS” or “School Board”), Palmyra, VA, is accepting proposals to establish an agreement with a qualified contractor to provide the Fluvanna County School Board, with a Central Elementary Bathroom Remodel proposal until 3:00 p.m. on September 20th, 2024. An issue date of August 1st, 2024 for proposals will be opened in the administrative office located at 14455 James Madison Highway, Palmyra, Virginia 22963. All proposals submitted after 9/20/24 will be returned to the sender. Proposals should be labeled: RFP# FCPS-2024-CEN.
